Blizzards' Grip

Blizzards' Grip is a 1v1 multiplier map which was designed for a community Mod Dawn of War 2 Retribution: Elite.
This level focuses on exploring the advantages of early game to late game combat. this was simulated through the use of destructible cover which allow for advantages for range armies early game and transitions into advantages for melee in the late.
This was also the first map created to allow destructible objects which is centred in the middle of level. This could be destroyed, opening more paths, and thus additional movement options for the armies.
1 & 2 = Player Base
Yellow Triangle = Requisition. This resource is used to allow the purchase of units and power nodes.
Blue Bolt = Power Node. This resource allows players to build generators on them for more power income.
Green Star = Victory Point. Claiming these points will cause your enemies Victory tickets to drop. The more points held the faster the enemies Victory tickets will fall.
